The series chronicles the personal and professional lives of several socialites who reside in Charleston, South Carolina. The show focuses on the Southern culture, along with the political history of the area, and has featured local historical places including Lewisfield Plantation and Mikell House.

During the ninth season of Southern Charm, which aired in the fall of 2023, fans watched as Paige began to integrate more of her life in Charleston. Not only did she help Craig design his house, cameras followed as she established a friend group in his hometown.

The couple is currently "having a lot of fun and spending more time with each other," Craig recently told E! News, "and just happy." Dressed to the nines, Paige and Craig got cozy on their Jan. 2022 trip. Back in New York later that month, the couple spent the night on the town.

Instead of jumping ahead and tying the knot, Craig is now considering when he will propose to Paige. As Craig said on WWHL, he plans to propose before the couple reaches the next milestone in their relationship. "So, September [2024] will be three years," he said about their next dating anniversary.

She didn't go to Jamaica because she is every bit of a lady, and I'm quite sure Craig told her what Taylor said about her in the second episode of the season. And I'm very sure she has some strong opinions about Taylor. So I wouldn't want to go on a trip with that woman either.
